Data we collect
When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email and the content of your message. We do not request banking information, account numbers, CURP, RFC or sensitive financial data.
Purposes of processing
We use your data exclusively to reply to your messages, improve our editorial content and keep minimal support logs. We do not perform financial profiling or automated decisions about your credit or home.
Transfers
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. Only essential technology providers (hosting, email) may process data on our behalf under contract.

ARCO rights

We keep your messages for a maximum of 24 months for editorial follow-up. After that, they are securely deleted.
